Compliance and Underwriting Director
Diana Rivera’s professional career in the Financial and Securities Industry began in 1990. She currently leads the Compliance, Underwriting and Service Departments. Diana has a vast experience in multiple areas of regulatory compliance and risks related to the rules and regulations of the SEC, FINRA, and other federal, state and local regulations and laws. As Compliance Director at Linda Corujo Retirement Center, she has developed and ensures that applicable policies and procedures, including written supervisory procedures and manuals, are comprehensive, robust, current, and reflect the firm’s business practices and processes.
Her knowledge in the industry makes Diana a problem solver and helps her coworkers and registered representative to perform their task in a fast and correct way.
Furthermore leads the Underwriting Department. As Underwriter, she’s in charge of completing the requirements of the underwriting process for life insurance, fixed and indexed products and the securities businesses. She is also responsible for the implementation of the Imaging and CRM Program at Linda Corujo Retirement Center. Diana also oversees the Customer Service Department. Diana joined Linda Corujo Retirement Center in 2000. She has successfully completed FINRA sponsored Series 6 and Series 7. In addition, she has life and disability insurance licenses in Puerto Rico and a CPFA designation.
DIANA RESIDES IN SAN JUAN AND IS THE PROUD MOM OF ADRIANA, WHO FOLLOWS HER MOM’S PROFESSIONAL PASSION FOR REGULATIONS AND COMPLIANCE. DIANA ENJOYS COOKING FOR HER FRIENDS AND FAMILY. SHE LOVES TO TRAVEL AND VISIT HER DAUGHTER ADRIANA AND GRAND KIDS AMELIA ELIZABETH AND JACK ALEXANDER.
Vivianna López is a Linda Corujo Retirement Center Operations Officer. She works daily with Linda’s clients to provide high quality customer service, scheduling meetings, processing client documents, and compiling the various reports clients receive, thereby maintaining and organizing office systems. Vivianna also provides support for the staff, maintains daily office operations, and serves as the planner for Linda Corujo Retirement Center special events. Vivianna joined Linda Corujo Retirement Center in 1999.
Vivianna graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from the Metropolitan University on 2008. Also she has Property & Casualty, Health, Life and Disability Licenses in Puerto Rico.
VIVIANNA HAS SERVED ON THE ENTRELAZANDO SUEÑOS FOUNDATION BOARD OF DIRECTORS SINCE 2006. VIVIANNA IS A PROUD AND LOVING MOTHER OF EMILIANO ANDRES. ON HER SPARE TIME VIVIANNA LOVES TO DANCE SALSA WITH HER HUSBAND JORGE.
Nabila Henar Silvestry Marty has been an integral part of the Linda Corujo Retirement Center family since 2014 as a paraplanner. She is instrumental in conducting the smooth operation of a fast-paced and friendly financial planning office. Also, she will assist in daily business operations, client relationship, but primarily she will assist the financial advisor in the financial planning workflow. Nabila completed her FINRA Series 7 and the CPFA certification. Nabila is fully engaged on her accountability, education, organization, objectivity, proactivity, and partnership.
Her goal is to help the registered representative, Linda Corujo Ramsey, to achieve her goals with each client and prospect. She accomplishes this by having direct contact with clients and prospects in meetings, reviewing the paperwork, and discussing the process with the clients. She will also clarify any doubts that may arise, schedule follow up meetings and reviews. She fully understands the routine demands of a financial planning business, compliance and timing.
