Paola Torres Cruz has been a part of the Linda Corujo Retirement Center family since January 2015 as an administrative assistant where she started providing high quality customer service for CIAPR. She currently serves at the reception where you can always count with her welcoming smile. Besides reception she works daily maintaining updated our CRM system. She also assists in the marketing and compliance department. Recently she obtained her health and disability insurance license in Puerto Rico. She is always open to change and expanding her areas of knowledge therefore she is currently persuing her life insurance license.

PAOLA IS A SPORTS ACTIVIST AND LOVES TO READ. SHE HAS A BEAUTIFUL A DAUGHTER NAMED MIA. IN HER SPARE TIME SHE LOVES RELAXING AND LAYING BACK ON THE BEACH AT "THE CITY OF SUNSETS" IN RINCON.

Nelmarie Moreno Rivera

Nelmarie was born in November 17, 1980, in Caguas, Puerto Rico. Her parents are Marisol Rivera and Nelson Moreno and she has a little sister called Leslie Moreno. She grew up in Bayamón, Puerto Rico. She attend the José de Diego Elementary School, Andres C Gonzalez Middle School and Miguel De Cervantes High School. She has a Bachelor’s Degree at Business Administration with Managerial Economy.

In 2006 she started her first professional experience with Property Insurance Corp. Her position as a Marketing Department Supervisor helped her learn about the insurance’s world. Later that year, Nelmarie moved to Orlando, Florida in 2006 where she had the opportunity to learn about another business, travel. There, she became passionate about customer service, realizing its vital importance for any business. She had the opportunity to move back to Puerto Rico in 2016, where new goals and challenges await her. She found a place at Linda Corujo Retirement Center as a Service Assistant.

NELMARIE HAS A BABY BOY NAMED NELSON JOSE. SHE IS VERY GRATEFUL FOR ALL HER BLESSINGS. ONE OF HER MANTRAS IN LIFE IS “DO WHATEVER MAKES YOU HAPPY”. I AM PREPARED TO HELP YOU WITH ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE RELATED ISSUED INCLUDING BALANCES, REGISTRATION CHANGES AND WITHDRAWALS AMONG OTHERS; HAVING THE KNOWLEDGE OF THE PRODUCTS WITH ITS ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES. MY RESPONSIBILITY AND PRIORITY IS TO PROCESS THE SERVICE WITH PRECISION, QUICKNESS, EFFECTIVITY AND GIVING ALL THE INFORMATION AND UPDATES TO THE CUSTOMER.

Diego Garcίa Villa

Diego Garcia Villa joined Linda Corujo Retirement Center as one of the new rookies on his way to becoming a Register Representative. Diego passed his SIE FINRA test and currently working towards achieving his licensed series 7.

As the new rookie, he currently works helping and learning the daily operations of Linda Corujo Retirement Center assisting Linda. Learning from Linda Corujo herself and the others representative is Diego’s main goal in the business is to become a Register Representative.

He also has a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration focusing on Human Resource Management. Diego is a member of the American Marketing Association in University of Puerto Rico Rio Piedras campus.

His career in the financial industry began in May 2018 in Banco Popular as a customer care representative achieving a promotion in 8 months to becoming a Loan Representative getting his NMLS license. From there he worked in mortgages, personal loans and Home Equity Line of Credit.

DIEGO USED TO HAVE A PROFESSIONAL CAREER AS A PROFESSIONAL PAINTBALL ATHLETE WHO RETIRED FROM IN 2018 AFTER HURRICANE MARIA. HIS GOAL IS ONCE HE BECOMES A REGISTERED REPRESENTATIVE, TO BE ABLE TO JOIN HIS OLD FAMILY TEAM IN THE SPORT AND TO TRAVEL ONCE AGAIN.
